Here are the ingredients:
- Handful of Blueberrries
- Handful of Raspberries
- Handful of blackberries
- Around a half cup of cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate or cranberry juice
If you find there are too many ingredients or too big of a serving, taking out the watermelon doesn't affect the flavour too much. I usually only include the watermelon for breakfast, just to make it more filling
