- Simply put the smoothie in a plastic cup
- Cover the cup with plastic wrap
- Place a popsicle stick through the plastic wrap (the plastic wrap keeps it in place)
- Put in freezer for 3 hours (at least)
Smoothie recipes are always easy to find, but I can never find a recipe with simple grocery store ingredients. On this blog, you will only need basic ingredients, no super-hard to find, over-priced organic foods. Hope you find what you need!

Smoothies for kids
When kids don't eat their fruits, a smoothie is a very easy option. And, smoothies can be made in to a very simple summer treat.
