Here are the ingredients, depending on the portion size, change to taste:
- 1 banana (or 2 if you want less of a strawberry flavour)
- 4-8 Strawberries, cut in to 4 pieces
- 2 individually portioned yogurt cups, choose your flavour
- 3/4 cup of mango juice
Smoothie recipes are always easy to find, but I can never find a recipe with simple grocery store ingredients. On this blog, you will only need basic ingredients, no super-hard to find, over-priced organic foods. Hope you find what you need!
