Cucumber-Melon Smoothie
One of my favourites. This smoothie is super healthy and is great during spring or after being active; super refreshing.
Here are the ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, sliced, then half the slices
- 1/2 cup of cantaloupe cubes
- 1/2 cup of watermelon
- Tiny squirt of lime juice (less than a teaspoon)
- 1/4 cup water
If you find this is too much, cut down the amount of watermelon.
